Brunching at The Botanist - Knutsford
“Brunch”.
Some people say it’s a silly word?
I don’t care, for I love it!
Brunch says …”I was too lazy to get up in time for breakfast but I want more naughtiness than I’d get for lunch!“… Yep. It’s probably my favourite meal and without a doubt the best way to start the weekend!!
Imagine my delight then when one of my favourite Cheshire lunch spots The Botanist Knutsford invited us to try out their brand new brunch menu!!

So a few Saturday’s ago, the boys and I took my lovely mother in law (AKA Granny Meg) out for a late morning feast!!
Aside from the fact that the Botanist is an Instagram dream (read all about that HERE), the food is pretty damn tasty too! So would the Brunch menu be as good as the lunch time yumminess?
We weren’t disappointed!!
We started with a fruity kiwi champagne cocktail, followed with plenty of delicious hot coffee and fresh orange juice.
Colin chose Breakfast Hash. It was Devine, and most definitely what I’m ordering next time!! Sizzling hot, Spicy, cheesy and super tasty!
Granny Meg and Archie went for American style fresh blueberry pancakes with Maple Syrup and Creme fraiche.
They were light and fluffy with a delicious subtle hint of vanilla.
I went for my current obsession avocado eggs . Perfect amount and a soft centred shiny yellow yolk!
